5785 THE YEAR OF DOUBLE GRACE & OPEN WINDOWS FOR DIVINE EXPANSION AND PROPHETIC FULFILLMENT!
Greeting, As we have stepped into a new Hebrew Year of 5785 as well as 2025 on the Georgian calendar, we are stepping into a window of time and opportunity. What does an opportunity mean? An opportunity is an appointed or favorable time to advance forward. In 5784, the Lord showed me that we were in a Revelation 3:8 NKJV season for the Year of the Open Door for Revelation, Realignment and Renewal for Prophetic Fulfillment! According to Revelation 3:8 NKJV… “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
In some ways we are still in that season as we continue to progress from the door to the window. The Lord has been issuing this clarion call to His Church to come up higher. In this place of ascension, there is a new vantage point and, new levels of revelation. As we’ve come through the door and now look through the windows (opportunities). GOD desires to enlarge our vision and break every limitation so we can see clearer. The Lord longs to show us the things to come so we can be prepared and ready to receive them. The verse the Lord gave me for 5785 is Psalms 18:19 KJV… He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me. The Theme He gave me for KBCMI is…5785 THE YEAR OF OPEN WINDOWS WITH DOUBLE GRACE FOR DIVINE EXPANSION AND PROPHETIC FULFILLMENT!
In this new Hebrew year 5785, the double fives in this year carry a special emphasis on multiplied grace or the empowerment of GOD. When you put the fives next to each other you get twenty-five, you get the Hebrew word Hen which means to behold. When you think of a window, it’s a prophetic representation of vision. I believe the Lord is increasing our vision, especially in His seers and prophets. As we behold the Lord, He will show us the things to come to declare bold. We must not forget that we are in the decade of the mouth. There is a greater grace and empowerment on the words we speak and declare. This is why since 2020, there often has been a “war of words” concerning many different situations on a personal, national, and international level. It’s important to be mindful and intentional of the words we speak. Not only will we see things to declare but, there will also be situations to behold that will shock us and grip us. There are things coming that we never thought possible. The word unprecedented will become normal to hear it so anchor yourself in the Lord for 5785.
Another insight concerning the five or the Hebrew letter Hei (hey), is that there is an appointed time and season for us to put our hands to the things of GOD, what He has spoken over is. This is not a time to sit back in fear, we must move boldly and confidently. The righteous are as bold as a lion (Proverbs 28:1). It’s time to partner with the word of the Lord, activate it and, see it manifest. This season is one of Double Grace - It Begins with grace and ends with grace.
Right now we’re in a season where the Lord is watching what we do with what we have been given. In Matthew 25, Jesus talks about the parable of the talents. In this parable, a man was leaving away on a trip for some time. He decided to gather his three servants and distribute his money to them while he was gone to tend to it. To one he gave five talents, another man he gave two, and the last servant he gave one talent. The servants with five and two talents went out and invested their talents and were able to multiply and double what they had. The servant who had one talent went and buried it in the ground out of fear.
When the man came back from his trip he accessed what the servants had done with the talents. He was happy to see the servants with five and two multiplied what they had been given. He blessed them and promoted them saying, His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord. Matthew 25:21 NKJV
When the servant with one talent told the man that he had buried for fear of losing it, the man was so furious that he gave his talent to another and banished him away. We’re in a time of promotion and demotion. The Lord is weighing his leaders and his people, to see what they have done with what they’ve been given. He’s measuring and judging our faithfulness and stewardship. We should always be increasing and multiplying because, it’s the nature of GOD. You can’t stay small when you’re connected to GOD Isaiah 60:22 NKJV…A little one shall become a thousand, And a small one a strong nation. I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time.
Lastly, I want to share some insight for Genesis 8. In Matthew 24:37-39 NKJV Jesus makes an interesting reference back to Noah’s time… 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
This is the way it will be when the Son of Man returns.” Jesus is saying here, what took place back in Noah’s day will take place as the day approaches of his coming. More and more we’re going to see a clear line and distinction between the righteous and unrighteousness. It will not be hard to tell the difference between the godly and ungodly.
One of the things that enabled Noah to be successful and caused him to get through the flood was, he was a righteous man and he was obedient to the voice of GOD. Can you imagine being the only one who was living right for GOD, when everyone around you was living like heathens. Noah continued to live right in the face of such unrighteousness and wickedness. Even though he looked crazy building a big boat and prophesied a rain was coming like never before, he never gave up on the assignment GOD had given him. He had unshakeable faith in GOD. We must be the same way in this time. May the voice of GOD be the loudest voice we hear and believe in this time.
In Genesis 8:1 NKJV it says, Then God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the animals that were with him in the ark. And GOD made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided. “When you live righteously and stay obedient to GOD, He will never forget you. I want to encourage you today that GOD has not forgotten you or the promise spoken of for you but, that he has remembered you like he did Noah. As he remembered Noah GOD sent a wind to begin to shift and dry up the waters after a great time of testing. In Genesis 8:6 NKJV it says, So it came to pass, at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made. On day 41 it was the dawning of a new day.
In 5785, not only it is a window of opportunity but it’s also a new time and season for you. As Noah sent out the dove (Holy Spirit) a few times waiting for the go ahead, it eventually brought back a fresh olive leaf. As you enter into 5785, there’s new vision and fresh oil, for the new place GOD has brought you into. Just as he did for Noah, GOD is establishing new covenant and reminding you of His promises that has been established in the heavens. As Noah followed the instructions of the Lord, he stayed in obedience, and trusted where GOD would lead him and his family. This is what caused him to overcome and endure.
As the elections have passed in the United States the people have spoken and GOD has honored it. The election was simple and it came down to either voting for light or darkness. Light has prevailed… Glory to GOD so let us now be about our Father’s Kingdom business and take back everything the devil has previously stolen from us.
Blessings,
From the desk of Chief Apostle\Prophet L.R.Gooden Jr.

Joshua 6:5 And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.
Hear: to hear to give heed, to be obedient.
Sound: the voice.
Shout: to shout, raise a sound, cry out, give a blast, to shout a war cry or alarm of battle, to sound a signal for war or march, to shout in triumph (over enemies).
Great Shout: alarm, signal, sound of tempest, shout, shout or blast of war or alarm or joy; alarm of war, war-cry, battle-cry; blast (for march); shout of joy (with impulse); shout of joy (in general).
Notice that a certain sound was released and an outcome happened because of it.
This sound was a trumpet blast similar to other places in scriptures where revelatory truth was released. The Revelatory truth that was released here was that Israel would be victorious over what was holding them from the Promised Land. All the people were to shout with a great shout. There is a very big difference between these two shouts. One was a signal for war and the second was a war cry or battle cry. The first shout is a signal, the second shout is knowing there is victory. The first shout was in the earth realm and the second shout was in the second heaven or spirit realm.
The first shout was from the people, the second shout was from their spirit, fully embracing they were in authority.
Joshua 6:20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
Exodus 19:16 - A trumpet signal was the revelation that Moses got on the mount.
Leviticus 25 - Jubilee was declared with a trumpet and the revelatory sound of freedom was announced.
Gideon blew a trumpet and broke the pitchers.
John heard a trumpet talking with him in Revelation 1:10.
God has provided five special servant-gifts to ensure the structure of HIS CHURCH would be able to stand against the turbulent times that are ahead.
These gifts were given by JESUS himself before he ascended unto Heaven in order that his BRIDE would not have a spot or wrinkle when he returns as the GROOM.
May the LORD'S Church have the proper structure to pass the tests that will come over the next couple of years Amen.
The Bible refers to these gifts as apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, and teachers. Their are five different types of gifted people to mentor the Body. They are all servants. They each provide for God’s people, but each in a distinctly different way. Each must think differently than the others. Each must have different abilities and different revealed understandings of the Word. The shepherd will always understand the Word as it relates to his service. The evangelist and the shepherd may sit in the same gathering, hearing the same Word from the same apostle, yet each will receive the part that feeds his calling.
Ephesians 4:11-13: And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some shepherds, and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ.
The apostle tends to see the overall larger picture. He sees it first in the spiritual and then seeks to bring it forth into the natural realm. He is like a pioneer. Apostles were a major part of the original formation of the church. In this day the apostles have been restored for the re - formation of the church to its original design and intent. In this re - formation major foundational and structural changes are required that call for the gifts and strengths of apostles.
The prophet is primarily an ear and a voice to people who are dull of hearing and do not hear the voice of God clearly. Prophets were very prevalent and most important in the old covenant when the Holy Spirit did not reside in God's people; therefore, they had no inner voice of God. In this day much of the church is yet dull of spiritual hearing and seeing. For many reasons they do not have intimacy with God through the indwelling Holy Spirit and need prophets to hear God for them and speak direction to them.
The evangelist is a seed sower who loves to plant the word of Jesus in the heart soil of those who have never received it. In the recent past the evangelist has preached the portion of the gospel dealing with being "born again" or spiritual new birth. Evangelists are now beginning to, and will in the future even more, preach the fuller gospel of the kingdom that Jesus preached with the same powerful works that Jesus did. The gospel of the kingdom includes the gospel of being born spiritually that we have preached before but also includes the good news of growing up in Christ to rule and reign in this life with Him as kings and priests.
The shepherd is the mentor who sees to the growth and development of the immature as they grow into their gifts and places of service. In the religious church the shepherd was called “pastor” and served as a vicar of God. He was a person who vicariously represented Christ to the people all of their lives. This allowed little or no opportunity for the believers to mature into the priests and kings as God intended. In the relational church Christ and the mature people relate directly and not through a vicar. The sheep grow up to be shepherds or do other works as mature sons in the kingdom.
The teacher is the one who brings spiritually anointed definition to the fine points of spiritual reality. He/she is gifted to take natural illustrations and teach spiritual truths to the immature. In the religious church the teacher often brought dry "church doctrine" of many words and little real spiritual life. In the relational church the teacher is a light bearer bringing spiritual enlightenment in detailed pieces of real spiritual life.
These gifts function in the church, in business, and in all walks of life. The apostle in business may be thought of as one who starts businesses from nothing and serves as C.E.O. In business a prophet might be a troubleshooter. A pastor might be a personnel manager. An evangelist might be a traveling salesman. A teacher might be a technical instructor.
There are many other gifts with each having its unique function in God’s overall scheme. All gifts and parts are needed. And they all need to be in their proper places doing their particular jobs. One of the greatest hindrances to each part doing its job is the lack of understanding and acceptance of the role God has given to each one of them. Often our temptation has been to try to mold everyone into whatever we are. We all need to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling Amen.
Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers:but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door:by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy:I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good shepherd:the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
See I used to be a good fisherman of fish and one thing I learned is that when you go fishing you have to
1. GO AT THE RIGHT TIME
2. GO TO THE RIGHT PLACE
3. HAVE THE RIGHT TYPE OF BAIT
4. HAVE PATIENCE DONT RUSH
5. STAY ALERT WATCH POLE
6. AFTER FISH TAKES HOOK LET HIM TIE OUT
7. REEL HIM IN, DONT LET HIM GET OFF YOUR LINE
NOW THAT YOURE QUALIFIED FISHERMEN, COME TO THE HOUSE OF GOD, YOUR PLACE OF DUTY TO BE DEPUTIZED TO GO OUT AND CATCH SOME FISH (SOULS).
SEE SOME OF YOU ARE SITTING IN HERE TODAY THAT HAVE BEEN RUNNING FROM YOUR OCCUPATION, THATS WHY THINGS NEVER WORK OUT FOR YOUR GOOD, COME BACK TO YOUR ASSIGNMENT FROM GOD, ITS IN YOUR DNA TO BE FISHERMEN, NOT DRUG DEALERS, PIMPS, ROBBERS, CRACK HEADS, FELONIES, ADULTERERS, FORNICATORS, LIERS.
COME BACK TO JESUS, COME BACK TO YOUR FIRST LOVE, ROM 5:17 IF ANY MAN BE IN ...........
JESUS SAID IAM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE., NO MAN CAN SEE THE FATHER WITHOUT GOING THROUGH HIM.
Kingdom Builders Christian Ministries A Spiritually Militant Church
In the process of apostolic maturing of the Church there is an emerging, spiritually militant boldness on all fronts of Church life. Not with guns and bombs like deluded terrorists, but spiritual weapons like strategic prayer, intercession, preaching, teaching and praise & worship. Music (SHOFAR & PRAISE/WORSHIP) has been, and is increasingly setting this tone of spiritual militancy. Now it is time for the prophetic to take its true mature place alongside the apostolic gifts and anointing. To bring structure both spiritual and natural to facilitate what the Lord is doing in the Church - to clear the rubble from the spiritual gaps in the wall of the House of the Lord (Nehemiah 4:10), and to build apostolic churches. To plant churches powerfully, in spiritually governing strength, with five-fold ministry teams. Apostolic church bases that will actually affect and change whole cities, nations, and even governments.
We have seen this in part happening in KBCM and our Communities but there are more wonderful days ahead of all of us as we press on to the high calling of Christ JESUS in our lives. Singers, Musicians, Preachers, Teachers, THE FIVE FOLD MINISTRY in the realm of the creative arts will also need to carry apostolic wisdom in the nurturing and releasing of these gifts in the MARKETPLACE. It is important we prepare - because we will not handle the onslaught of spiritual wickedness that will inevitably come against the rising army of the Church. It is a global army because there is a global fight! A fight against the ultimate global terrorist - the devil!
Apostolic Movement is the worldwide activation of the Holy Spirit being released in the Body of Christ resulting in the restoration (re-ordering) of all things according to Acts 3:19-21.
Restoration of:
Relationships - Malachi 4:6; Luke 15:11-32; 1 Corinthians 4:15
Biblical Doctrine/Teaching – Hebrews 6:1
Five-Fold Ministry- Ephesians 4:11-12
Ministry of the Holy Spirit – Luke 3:16; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1-4
Miracles – 1 Corinthians 12:10-11
The Ministry of the Apostle: Apostle- (Greek-apostolos) “One who is sent forth.” One called and sent by the Anointing to have and operate in spiritual authority. Character, gifts, and abilities enable Apostles to gather and establish people in Kingdom truth and order, especially through founding and overseeing churches and ministries.
1 Corinthians 12:28 “And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.” Ephesians 4:11 “And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers.”
Functions of Apostles and Apostolic Ministries:
Establish a Spiritual climate/atmosphere in regions that is conducive for a release of God’s Glory
Daniel 10:13 “But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days:” 1 Corinthians 15:32 ‘If after the manner of men I have fought with beasts at Ephesus,”
Strongholds – Mindsets, Doctrines, Ideologies contrary to the Word of God. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 “… mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds,”
Establishing Apostolic People:
Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations” NKJV .
This is an Apostolic Commission!! Evangelists make believers/converts – Apostles make disciples.
Establish Churches Apostolic People require Apostolic Churches where they will be equipped and released for the work of the ministry through:
Doctrine- Acts 2:42 “…they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship,”
Preaching- Inspiration through exhortation, proclamation and demonstration.
Mark 16:15 “And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature,”
Teaching- Inspiration through edification (building up). Matthew 28:19 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,”
Treaching - (combination of teaching & preaching) .
Matthew 4:23 “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing (demonstration) all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people,”
Establish Biblical Order/Government Restore five-fold (government) ministry to oversee and maintain the order of God, which is represented through theocracy and not democracy.
Theocracy -God controlled, God centered, God ruled.
Democracy- People controlled, People centered, People ruled. 1 Corinthians 12:28; Ephesians 4:11-16; Titus 1:5
Establish “Fathering Ministries/Relationship” 1 Corinthians 4:15 “For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet [have ye] not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.” Fathers and overseers are committed to establishing and developing growing relationship.
Some Fathering Responsibilities:
1. Training and Discipline - Exodus 18:13-26; Hebrews 12:5-10; Colossians 1:28 2.
I pray that this teaching has been a blessing to all who have read it, and that GOD's perfect will be done in and through your life through his Holy Apostles.
“Speak these things, exhort and rebuke with all AUTHORITY, let no one despise you ( Titus 2:15).
As a CHRISTIAN we have been given the AUTHORITY OF JESUS, yet so many walk without his authority. The Christian has been given the AUTHORITY OF JESUS so that Satan will never be able to intimidate us. Many Christians are “intimidated” by the devil through fears, doubts, anxiety, weakness and sinfulness, and that is why Christianity has “ lost” some of it’s appeal and influence. It is time for the Apostolic Christians to WALK IN THE AUTHORITY OF JESUS.
As Apostolic Christians we must WALK IN THE AUTHORITY OF GOD. When we do this, it will make us:
1) MORE THAN A CONQUEROR Nothing will shake us or overcome us. (Matt 8:28-34) Demons were casted out and they asked for permission to go into the swine.
2) CHANGE THE SPIRITUAL ATMOSPHERE –We can change natural situations, through the supernatural. (Matt 8:26) The winds and sea was subject to JESUS authority.
3) BE HELD IN HIGH ESTEEM-People will admire how GOD uses us to take authority over the enemy. (Acts 3:10) In JESUS name the lame man received strength in his feet and ankle and was healed to the Glory of GOD
4) PEOPLE WILL LISTEN TO US-What we say will cause people to listen and respond to us. (Acts 22:2)
Even though Saul had been converted to Paul, his past followed him but because of his authority they listened to him.
5) PEOPLE WILL FOLLOW US- We will influence people to follow us as we follow CHRIST. (Mk 10:28)
Peter reiterated to JESUS, that they had forsaken all to follow HIM.
6) YOU WILL BE A STRONG LEADER-People will see authority and be in submission to it. (2 Sam2:4)
After Saul's death the people submitted to David as their new king, and David went boldly into Hebron.
7) HEALING WILL TAKE PLACE-Sickness and disease will be eradicated at his SPOKEN word. (Acts3:6)
Peter said silver and gold I don't have but in the name of JESUS get up and walk. And the man was healed immediately.
Apostolic Christians it's time to walk in JESUS AUTHORITY and take dominion over every principalitiy, power and ruler of darkness that has come against us. IF GOD BE FOR US WHO CAN BE AGAINST US.
In Latin, the word schizophrenia literally means “ a splitting of the mind”. This condition seems to describe a big percentage of the current world’s population. The people of God are not excluded; we have always had to battle the spirit of confusion, any many have fallen into spiritual schizophrenia because we fail to ROAR and WAR.
The scriptures say to present our bodies a living sacrifice and to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. To organize our life, we must first assimilate our thoughts to bring order to our thinking. Only after we submit our will to God, will we rise to a higher place or dimension where miracles are the norm. GOD is dealing with the natural side of us first. Listen to the word of God, let it influence the way we think and then, let our new thoughts change the way we live. Our circumstances are not going to change until your thinking changes.
According to James 1:15, the evil desires conceived in our mind give birth to sin. Thoughts have presence, and they travel faster than light. The moment we think something, it is bound to happen. Our thinking, however, can also change in a flash just from hearing something good or bad. That is why it’s important that we focus on things that are true, lovely and of good report.
If the head is not right, the body will not function correctly. In the church, the Pastor is the head. You show honor to the head by listening and heeding the word that God delivers through him or her. Amos 3:7 says that the LORD does nothing without revealing His secrets to the prophet first. So, if you have a problem agreeing with the word that comes from the mouth of the prophet, then, your mind needs to be renewed.
You are called to be not only a hearer of the word but a doer also. If you remain a hearer only, you become a spiritual schizophrenic. Double-minded people know what to do but choose to do something altogether different. It seems they have excuses prepared in advance for not doing what God requires of them. Don’t follow the world systems like a robot. Let His Word transform the way you think.
ARE YOU KINGDOM MINDED OR CHURCH MINDED - THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!
KINGDOM MINDED PEOPLE ARE:
Rather than making God what they want Him to be they ask God what He wants them to be.
They live for eternal purposes not temporal.
They know their gifts are from Him and for Kingdom purposes first, not for themselves.
They know that their destiny is what He planned for them not what they want.
Kingdom people do not exist to make money; they exist to extend God’s kingdom into their world. Money is to them a tool not a goal. They are not just millionaires; they are millionaire makers and millionaire dollar givers.
They live like stewards not owners.
Kingdom people are not just healed people; they are healers.
They are not just saved people; they are people who save.
They are creator’s not just consumers.
They are part of the solution. They’d rather work than whine. They know it’s not about them so they don’t complain, they just do it.
They’re committed to a cause. They’re not just wandering sheep looking for greener pastures.
They feed; they don’t just eat.
They become God’s answer not His project, His method not just His goal or purpose. Some people think they are God’s purpose and He exists for them. Kingdom people know they are part of the solution. They are His partner not a hireling.
They are heavenly minded not earthly.
They don’t judge by the carnal mindsets of the world when it comes to greatness, success or morality.
They understand the realm of the Spirit.
Kingdom people live by God’s Word, not what they think or feel or are taught by contradicting forces.
Kingdom people pray.
They believe in the supernatural.
Kingdom people fast. They sacrifice. They are living dead men and women. They don’t fear death; they love not their lives to the death. They’ve sold everything for the pearl of great price.
They are prophetic. They believe in things they can’t see and see a future that doesn’t exist. They see, then they create it.
They believe in miracles. The supernatural is not a stretch for them. They are supernatural themselves. They are citizens of a heavenly kingdom.
They believe their God owns everything and can do everything. Because of this they are dangerous. They are boat-rockers.
They turn their world right side up.
They know God. They have seen Him, therefore they hate mediocre, average, run-of-the-mill, compromise, lethargy and status quo. That’s why they hate religiosity that standardizes mediocrity.
They love to worship; not just sing.
They know they can connect with God; therefore religious routine is boring and senseless to them. They insist in knowing and relating to God, not to a system or a tradition or a personality.
Kingdom people don’t go to church; they are the church.
The word 'covering' is not new around the church. We have all heard references to spiritual covering, like: - "Who is your spiritual covering?", "What is your spiritual covering?", or "You should be under covering," etc.
Generally this expressed the need for everyone to be a member of a church. The pastor of that church (or the church itself) was seen as your spiritual covering. To say you were ‘under covering’ meant that you ‘belonged’ somewhere in the body of Christ, and by belonging to a specific church this provided you with your bona fides as a Christian. This meant you were not independent, you were submitted and accountable, you had a shepherd (someone who watched over your soul, someone who could presumably correct you if you were deceived or went wrong) and because of that you would be seen as a genuine Christian. Thus you were seen as being "under covering."
Covering is a Great Deal More Than That
Covering is in fact more that this, and occupies another dimension entirely. Under true covering spiritual power is flowing and is at work because something appointed by Christ is in place. A spiritual covering is a spiritual force field which helps bring in good things (blessings) and keeps out bad things (protection). The life and power is provided by those anointings of Christ that flow through apostles, directly or indirectly.
The covering of Christ is vested in certain men/women (i.e. specific individuals). God has always done things this way and there are many scriptural examples. Adam was a covering for the entire human race and when he fell, we all fell. Abraham was a covering to us and because of his standing as the Father of Faith, we are children of Abraham and we inherit blessing becasue of Him. Paul is the Apostle to the Gentiles and a Father to us all. We have inherited much good and blessing because of Paul. The Bible has many examples of men whose life was a covering to others and through them God was able to bless and protect His people.
If we would have the full measure of the blessing of Christ, we need to have in place the relationships appointed by Christ that are a covering for us. By this we see that our lives are affected by other people. Our lives are impacted by those who are over us in the Lord whether we like this concept or not.
In churches where there is an anointed leader and unity amongst the supporting leadership, there is always a certain level of covering and protection. This kind of leadership which seeks to follow Christ and work together with each other always provides for a good place for people to grow in Christ, to serve, to be blessed and to find out what God has planned for them to fulfill in their lives.
However there is a level of covering that is even above this - an apostolic covering. When we are in proper relationship directly or indirectly with the Apostle/s that God has place over us, we find that this brings covering, blessing protection and a spiritual dynamic of good that we may not even understand. This apostolic covering is the covering of Christ.
May the LORD show you who you need to submit under spiritually to fulfill the callings upon your life.
One way to redefine church is to be Kingdom minded instead of church minded. In other words, we need to understand that the Kingdom of God is much bigger than the church. The seven main "gatekeeper areas" in any community where "church organizations" are just one of the seven. I believe these seven jurisdictions of authority line up perfectly with the seven Spirits of the Lord mentioned in Isaiah 11:2.
The following chart will explain these seven spheres of authority:
